What no one on the team is responsible for is how those systems behave together in a single space, and that is where a bedroom that interrupts sleep or an office that can't hold a private conversation comes from. The problems discovered after the space is occupied.
What we do.

Seated at schematic design with your architect, engineer, lighting designer, and interior designer, we define what each space must do for the people in it, resolve where the systems collide, write the requirements into the construction documents, and measure the result when it's built.

The Future.
The future of building design includes intentionally layering technology to support or enhance human experience in the environments people spend 90% of their lives in. How light, sound, climate, air quality, and other technologies affect cognition, focus, attention, recovery, and sleep is a structural design decision.
