Service Policy for Non-Blend Care Clients
After your project is complete and final sign-off is received, Blend provides 90 days of complimentary support to cover any final adjustments, punch-list items, or manufacturer issues related to your installation.
Beyond 90 days
For clients who have not enrolled in a Blend Care plan, service requests are scheduled as standard visits:

Service calls are billed with a 1-hour minimum at our standard service rate.

Trip fees may apply depending on location.

Additional time beyond the first hour is billed in 30-minute increments.

Scheduling is subject to technician availability. After-hours or emergency visits may carry premium rates.
Why this matters
These terms apply only outside of Blend Care membership. Blend Care members enjoy proactive maintenance, priority scheduling, included labor, and extended warranty handling without hourly charges or trip fees for covered services.
