About Blend

Blend Technology is a Human-Centered Design practice for luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and studio environments. We are the only firm combining UX Design, acoustics, sensory technology, and system architecture under one process, with a methodology formally aligned to WELL v2 and Calm Technology Institute principles.
 

Most technology in the built environment is specified by product. Rooms are designed around speakers, panels, and control systems, and the people who live and work inside them are expected to adapt. We invert that sequence. UX for Spaces™, our proprietary discovery and design process, maps human biology, behavior, and experience across twelve dimensions before any hardware is selected. Systems are then specified to serve what we found, not the other way around.
 

The result is automation that anticipates, acoustics that calm, lighting that follows circadian rhythm, and environments that restore rather than demand. Technology becomes an architectural layer, not a collection of devices. A space that feels right before anyone understands why.
