Beverly Hills Home Technology and Cinema Design

Homes made for entertaining, collecting, and living well deserve technology designed to match.

We design the light, sound, air, controls, and other technology of Beverly Hills residences as one system, built around the people who live there and the guests they welcome. From the Flats to Trousdale Estates, we design it, build it, and measure the result.

A great house can still feel wrong.

Usually it's the light, the sound, or the air.

A living room can be beautiful and still too bright, too loud with forty guests, or stuffy by the end of the evening. Sunset Boulevard traffic and helicopters overhead reach bedrooms that were never designed to stop them. These are design problems, and they're solved best when the technology is planned with the architecture, not added after.

Our own method, our own tools.

Developed at Blend, and adopted beyond it.

UX for Spaces is the design method we created to set human performance targets for how each room should feel and function. Particle, our acoustics software, models a room's sound before construction. Aperture, the design platform we built, is now used by the Calm Tech Institute.

Designed to a standard, then proven.

The cinema, the gallery wall, the bedroom, each held to its own target.

We set measurable goals for each space: reference-level sound and darkness in the cinema, light on artwork that reveals color without damaging it, quiet in the primary suite, comfort in a room full of guests. The systems are chosen to meet those goals, and every space is measured against them when the work is done.

Effortless for you, your family, and your staff.

The house responds. Nobody has to learn it.

One touch sets the house for a dinner party: the lights settle, the music follows guests from room to room, the shades close as the sun drops. Staff get the controls they need and nothing more. Security, gates, and cameras stay quiet in the background. The cinema is ready with a single button.

Precision on paper first.

A written brief, coordinated drawings, and a verified finish.

Each room gets a plain-language brief. Your architect and builder receive drawings that locate every speaker, keypad, shade pocket, art light, and equipment space. When construction ends, we measure, calibrate, and document the system, then keep caring for it.

The best outcomes are planned early.

Before framing, every option is still open.

A true cinema needs isolation designed into the structure. Art lighting needs to be planned with the walls it lights. Equipment needs a cool, quiet home of its own. All of it is simple during design and costly after the drywall goes up.

We serve your architect's design.

The technology supports the architecture, never the reverse.

We work alongside your architect, interior designer, lighting designer, and builder, and keep the technology out of sight wherever the design asks for it. We work throughout Beverly Hills, including the Flats, Trousdale Estates, Beverly Crest, and the Beverly Hills Post Office area.

Spaces we've shaped.

A 54-seat private cinema in Westlake with six tiered rows.

A 25,000 square foot Bel Air estate where forty audio zones answer to one keypad. A Dolby Atmos creative campus in Miami built from an empty warehouse. A Camarillo private club that moves from breakfast service to a wedding reception from one interface. Residences in Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, Topanga, and Calabasas.

Let's talk about your home.

Reach us directly, or through your architect or builder.

Tell us where your project stands and how you want to live in the home. Plans are welcome, never required.
