Camarillo Home and Hospitality Technology Design
From hillside homes to the club where everyone gathers.
We design the light, sound, air, controls, and other technology of Camarillo homes and hospitality spaces as one system, set to how each space should feel. Our work here includes a private club that moves from breakfast service to a wedding reception, all from one interface.

Open land, big sky, and a lot of light.
Plus the sounds that travel across it.
Morning marine layer gives way to bright afternoons and long sunsets over the fields. Wide-open views mean big glass and a lot of glare. Aircraft from the airport and the base, and wind across open land, carry farther than you expect. A home here should hold on to the openness and still be calm, shaded, and quiet when you need it.
One method for homes and hospitality.
Designing how a space feels, wherever people gather.
UX for Spaces is our design method. It sets human performance targets for each space, whether that's a quiet bedroom or a dining room full of members, then designs each technology layer to meet them. Particle, our acoustics software, predicts how a room will sound when it's full. Aperture, our design platform, is used by the Calm Tech Institute.

Every space has a job to do.
We set the target and prove it.
In a home: glare control on west-facing glass, quiet bedrooms, light that follows the day, a media room that sounds right. In hospitality: speech clarity in a busy dining room, background music that never fights conversation, lighting scenes that move from morning to evening. Each is measured after installation.

One press changes the whole space.
For a family at home or a staff running an event.
At home, Good Night turns off the house, closes the shades, and arms the security. At the club, staff move the room from brunch to reception with a single touch: lighting, music, and microphones all change together. No one needs to call a technician, and there's no wall of switches.

Clear plans for any kind of project.
Homes, ranches, clubs, and event spaces.
Each space gets a written brief. Architects, builders, and operators get drawings that place every speaker, keypad, fixture, and equipment rack, including the long runs on larger properties. When it's built, we measure, calibrate, document, and train your family or your staff.
Plan before the walls and the grounds are set.
Especially on larger properties.
On ranch and estate properties, the runs to barns, guest houses, and gates are easy to plan before trenching. In hospitality, ceiling coordination, acoustic treatment, and equipment space belong in the first round of drawings, not the punch list.

Working with your design team and your operators.
The technology serves the design and the people using it.
We coordinate with architects, builders, interior designers, and the people who will run the space day to day. We work throughout Camarillo, including Spanish Hills, Las Posas Estates, and Mission Oaks, and in neighboring Somis.
Spaces we've shaped.
In Camarillo, a private club that moves from breakfast service to a wedding reception from one interface. Nearby, a 54-seat private cinema in Westlake and our Dolby Atmos studio in Agoura Hills, open to visit. A 25,000 square foot Bel Air estate with forty audio zones, a Dolby Atmos creative campus in Miami, and residences in Calabasas, Topanga, and Brentwood.
Tell us about your project.

Tell us where your project stands and how you want to live in the home. Plans are welcome, never required.
