Oak Park Home Automation and Technology Upgrades
The home you love, working the way your family lives now.
We design the light, sound, air, controls, and other technology of Oak Park homes as one system, whether you're remodeling, adding on, or simply making the house work better. Our studio is just over the line in Agoura Hills, so help is always close.

Built for another era. Lived in today.
Most homes here weren't designed for how families use them now.
Work calls in the guest room. Homework at the kitchen table. Streaming in three rooms at once. Wi-Fi that drops at the back of the house, lighting that's either too bright or too dim, and a family room that echoes. None of it is a big problem alone. Together, it shapes how the home feels every day.
A real design method, for every size of project.
The same process we use on our largest homes.
UX for Spaces is our method for setting human performance targets in each room, such as focus in the office, rest in the bedroom, and comfort where the family gathers, and then designing the technology to meet them. Particle, our acoustics software, predicts how a room will sound. Aperture, our design platform, is used by the Calm Tech Institute.

Better, measured.
Coverage, quiet, light, and comfort you can see in the numbers.
We set targets you can feel and we can verify: strong Wi-Fi in every room and the backyard, a quiet home office, a bedroom that gets dark and stays cool, a family room where conversation is easy. When we're done, we measure each one.

He is a Recognized Design Partner of the Calm Tech Institute, a certified UX designer, an HAA-certified acoustic consultant, and a Crestron Certified Technology Architect, and he created UX for Spaces, Particle, and Aperture. Blend is a licensed C-7 contractor and an authorized Control4 and Lutron dealer.
Easy for everyone in the house.
Kids, grandparents, and guests included.
One app and a few keypads run the lights, shades, music, thermostat, doorbell, and cameras. Scenes like Good Morning and Movie Night do the work in one press. Parents can manage screen time and the network from their phone. Nobody needs a manual.

Remodeling? Bring us in early.
Open walls make everything easier.
If a kitchen, primary suite, or addition is on the way, that's the moment to run wiring, plan shade pockets, and set up a proper equipment spot. If no remodel is planned, careful design still delivers most of the benefit without construction.

Spaces we've shaped.
Next door, our Dolby Atmos studio in Agoura Hills, open to visit, and a 54-seat private cinema in Westlake. Residences in Calabasas, Topanga, Brentwood, and Cheviot Hills. A Camarillo private club run from one interface, and a 25,000 square foot Bel Air estate with forty audio zones on one keypad.
Tell us what isn't working.
We'll come take a look.
Tell us where your project stands and how you want to live in the home. Plans are welcome, never required.
