Clubhouse hospitality technology lives many lives in a single day. Breakfast service becomes a board presentation, becomes Sunday football, becomes a wedding reception, and the members should never see the seams. That was the intent at Spanish Hills: a venue that changes character on demand, run by whoever happens to be on shift.
We designed the clubhouse around that turnover. Sound and video reach every corner of the venue, twelve displays through the social spaces and a 130-inch video wall anchoring the main room, with multi-zone audio that can hold separate moods in separate rooms or pull the whole club into one event. Surround capability turns the main room into a proper viewing venue when the occasion calls for it.
Just as important is who runs it. The entire venue operates from one interface, designed so any staff member, on any shift, can transform a room in moments, no specialist, no manual, no call for help mid-event. The pro shop carries its own displays, and six mobile outdoor displays follow the programming wherever it goes: tournaments on the course, live events on the lawn, whatever the calendar brings.
One intent across the club: a venue that becomes whatever the day requires, and never makes anyone work for it.
