Estate Home Automation & Private Home Cinema in Bel Air, CA

At 25,000 square feet, an estate stops behaving like a house and starts behaving like a small resort. That was the design problem: a home this size can feel like a lobby, or it can feel like yours, everywhere, at once.

We designed it to feel like yours. Music moves through the estate in forty independent zones, indoors and across the grounds, where more than sixty landscape speakers disappear into the planting. Sound is wherever you are, and never where you aren't.

Every room resolves to a screen when it should and hides one when it shouldn't; displays throughout the residence rise, reveal, and retreat on custom-engineered lifts, anchored by a private theater. The infrastructure carrying all of it, an enterprise-grade network, layered security and surveillance, three concealed equipment rooms, was designed to be permanent and invisible.

And the whole estate answers to a hand on one keypad. Lighting, climate, music, and security orchestrated as one system, with a control point wherever a decision happens, so a home of this scale never asks you to think about its size.

One intent, held across 25,000 square feet: everything within reach, nothing in view. Home Automation & Private Home Cinema.
