Protect the Design
Technology affects architecture long before a device is installed.
Equipment locations, controls, isolated speaker enclosures, recessed displays, sensors, shades & pockets, acoustic materials, mechanical noise, pathways, and ventilation all shape the finished space. We coordinate those elements with the architecture and interiors while they can still be resolved with intention. Visible technology belongs within the material language of the room. Hidden systems receive the infrastructure they need. Design intent carries through construction and into daily use.

Coordinate the build
Our role is to work with every affected trade on the construction team so each discipline understands what the building requires from its work.
We define system locations, pathways, power, cooling, structural support, environmental requirements, interfaces, dependencies, and decision timing. We connect architecture, interiors, electrical, HVAC, millwork, acoustics, lighting, security, low voltage, and programming around one coordinated design. The team receives clear requirements early enough to price, schedule, and build them correctly.

We establish measurable requirements for sound, light, air, temperature, control, system response, and reliability. Those requirements guide specification, programming, installation, and commissioning. When the building is complete, we verify it against the standard established at the beginning. Adaptability is what keeps the building current. Keypads reprogram as routines shift or staff rotate. Scenes evolve as families grow or properties take on new roles and owners. Calm
Calm is the measure of Building Intelligence.
There is a discipline behind this word. Calm technology was first described by Mark Weiser at Xerox PARC in the 1990s, then carried forward by Amber Case, who founded the Calm Tech Institute and authored the eight principles that define the field. Those principles are the standard we work to. Technology should require the smallest possible attention. It should work in the periphery. It should be the minimum needed to solve the problem.

Anticipation

Anticipation is the building acting before it is asked. Morning scenes lift with light, warmth, and fresh air before anyone wakes. Meeting rooms balance climate and ready displays in advance.
