The Good Days is a fully equipped creative facility anchored by a 30-foot cyc wall within 2,000 sq. ft. of production space, supported by a professional lighting grid and event-ready audio environment. A 500 sq. ft. Dolby Atmos production studio with an adjoining 180 sq. ft. live room forms the core of the recording capabilities, complemented by a secondary studio and vocal booth.

Blend Studios executed full architectural spatial planning and interior design for the project, transforming an empty warehouse into a purpose-built creative campus. Our role included:
• 3D modeling and visualization of the entire building in SketchUp, including final renders
• Lighting system design and control
• Distributed audio and video systems
• 40 Gb network infrastructure
• Acoustic isolation and custom acoustic treatment
• Surveillance, automation, and control systems
• Interior design: kitchen, baths, studios, finishes, fabrics, paint selections, and furniture specification

Every layer, technical and aesthetic, was designed to support creativity, workflow, and experience.
