The Good Days began as an empty warehouse and opened as a 5,200 square foot creative campus with one intent: artists working at the highest level without friction, and high-profile guests received in private.

That intent drove the first decision, before a line was drawn. Blend scouted Miami for a stand-alone building on a private lot, somewhere a guest could arrive unseen, yet central. The site sits fifteen minutes from MIA. Private, and in the middle of everything.

We designed the campus from there. The plan and the architecture, room by room, each space shaped around how the work moves through it: a 500 square foot Dolby Atmos studio with an adjoining 180 square foot live room, a second studio with a VIP mezzanine, a vocal booth, and 2,000 square feet of content space anchored by a 30 foot cyc wall. A full kitchen and two bathrooms, held to the same standard as the rooms that pay the bills. The brand and the interior of every space, finishes to furniture.

Then the performance of the building itself: acoustics, air quality, climate, and lighting designed together as one system, calibrated to how a room should feel when you walk in and how it should hold you through a twelve-hour session.
