This 6,000 sq. ft. residence features a fully upgraded theater and two custom TV lift cabinets built by Blend. One installation, set outdoors, required a custom underground enclosure, our team designed and directed the hillside excavation, working with a landscape crew to create a stucco-finished structure that echoes the nearby firepit.

The grounds are energized by a 16-speaker landscape audio system, while indoors a six-zone audio/video distribution system, Lutron lighting, and motorized shades create comfort and flexibility. All systems are unified under Control4 for seamless control throughout.
