Design Lab, Immersive Production Environment, and Sensory Systems Testbed by Blend

Blend Studios is a private 1,100 sq ft creative environment that serves as the primary workspace where Blend designs, prototypes, and refines experiential systems. This is where we test and tune the ideas that ultimately live inside hospitality, residential, wellness, and commercial environments. It is a controlled laboratory for understanding how architecture, acoustics, lighting, control, and sensory technology influence human experience.

The facility features a certified Dolby Atmos PMC Mix and Track room, a Westlake Audio plus PMC studio with a live booth, and a private lounge for evaluation and collaboration. It functions as both a production studio and an R&D environment where concept becomes reality and sound is experienced with complete honesty.

Our scope of work included:

• Custom acoustic wall and ceiling architecture designed and fabricated in-house
• Sensory responsive lighting that adapts to creative rhythm and emotional intent
• Automated climate, air quality, and aroma systems
• Distributed audio and video infrastructure
• Secure access control and surveillance
• Network design and system level integration
• Interior finishes, fixtures, and furniture specification
• Showroom infrastructure for critical listening demonstrations

Every layer, technical and aesthetic, was engineered to disappear so creativity and experience can take center stage.
